This Spring we have chosen to support Mind, we all feel mental health is so important both in the workplace and at home. The coronavirus pandemic is having a huge impact on everyone’s mental health, people feel isolated, anxious and this great charity helps protect, support, and save lives.
There are helplines and support groups for people finding it difficult, especially at this time. Talking about our problems is so essential and Mind also has the knowledge to access help and support which may be available to those who are struggling.

Dear Clarkson
Thank you for your donation of £100 during our Emergency Appeal. We couldn’t do the work we do without the help of supporters like you.
Your donation helps support everyone experiencing a mental health problem in these difficult times – whether they’re struggling with isolation, anxious about their or their loved one’s health, worrying about the future, or fighting on the frontline to save lives.
It also helps support our vital helplines, provide life-saving information and maintain our online peer support services for those who need it most. With your donation, we can also continue to campaign and protect the rights of those of us with mental health problems.
Thank you for making sure that no one has to face a mental health problem alone. We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.
On behalf of Mind and of those of us looking for advice or support about their mental health during this outbreak and after – thank you.
